Auntie Rio is an entertainment callback service. We collect only the information needed to place the requested call, deliver the reading, and document consent.

When you submit the form, we collect your name, phone number, birth date if you provide it, your question, IP address, user agent, and consent metadata. This information is used to place the call and generate the reading.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your submitted question or call content for advertising audiences. We do not promise zero collection because the service cannot function without intake and consent records.

After the reading is completed, the service scrubs raw phone details, raw caller name, zodiac sign, birth date, question text, derived Oracle profile data, and stored turn-by-turn reading content from the app database. We retain only minimal consent and transaction metadata needed for abuse prevention, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and callback verification.

If payments are enabled later, payment card handling will be performed by Stripe and not stored directly by Auntie Rio.
